Dave West was born in London, raised in Sydney and then moved to Northwest Austin in 2011 to build a life with his wife and now three children. He fell in love with the central Texas lakes, diverse landscape and the people, and is proud to call Austin his home.
His passion for real estate was embedded from a young age – when most kids were learning to read and write, Dave was also learning how to flip houses alongside his parents. Years later, he built a successful career in software sales while also building a portfolio of rental properties in Sydney and Austin. Pursuing his real estate passion full time was the next logical, fulfilling step. Dave brings not only his real estate knowledge and immigration experience to the table, but also a down-to-earth, relatable connection to his clients.
Dave’s other passions include boating, water sports, travel and martial arts. His continued training in Brazilian Jiujitsu (Lakeway) and a military background empowers him to face challenges with composure and confidence. Dave’s well-rounded, professional and enthusiastic nature makes him the type of person you want in your corner.
