    We used Beth to sell and buy our home and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience with her. She helped us with every step of preparing our home for sale and connected us with the best resources (painters, cleaners, etc). After much research,she priced our house about 40k over what we thought we could get – and we got full asking price! We hit a few unavoidable hiccups along the way that we could not have navigated on our without Beth’s extensive experience. She really took so much of the stress off our plate. Thanks to her smart staging and pricing, we sold our home significantly faster than other comparable homes in the neighborhood. And when it came to buying a home, Beth really listened to what we wanted and did not waste our time looking at houses that did not meet our criteria. When we did find our dream home, it was Beth’s strategy (which we would have done the opposite on our own) that won us the house in a very competitive market with multiple bids. She is an excellent negotiator and saved us thousands when it came down to navigating our final deal. Beth continues to be a resource to us even after closing! Not only is she such a savvy realtor but also a really fun and enjoyable person to lead you through the whole home buying/selling experience.

    Our family was in between buying homes and looking for a short term rental, which is very hard to find in our neighborhood, Steiner Ranch. I reached out to Allan just to "check" and see if he knew of anything available. He didn't at the time, but always kept looking for our family, even when we weren't aware!On the day we were out looking at apartments, which would be hard based on the size of our family, Allan called and found a potential place that actually ended up working out for us! He had kept us on his mind and looking for opportunities for over two months and came through! She understood and demystified all the processes and legal documents for us.And it was such a relief to work with someone so clear-headed, knowledgeable, and just really good at her job. In addition, Beth helped us buy our new house--and even helped find us a rental while we were making the transition from the old house and looking for a new place.     My husband and I have been working with Beth for about 4 years as she has helped us find beautiful rentals here in Austin. When we decided to purchase, it was a no brainer that we would be asking Beth for assistance. I can't imagine having a better experience. Beth was incredibly patient,always present in our interactions (though I know she runs a busy schedule), and readily available. She helped us narrow the exact neighborhood where we wanted to live, and once we found THE house, we were blown away by her expertise and negotiation skills. She was able to negotiate a way better price on the house than what we expected and settled many details in the closing procedure to our favor. Bottom line, I was left with the impression that Beth truly cared that we end up in a beautiful solid home than making a sale. I am sure purchasing a home can be stressful but Beth worked extremely hard to make the experience pleasant and smooth. On a side note, she was lovely to hang out with.     The thought of buying our first home seemed really quite daunting, where do we even begin?! However, from our first meeting with Allan, I knew that we could trust him to provide us with the guidance we would need from start to finish. Our “perfect home” search criteria was very very narrow,including having the perfect pool and a small location radius. Because of Allan’s careful research and knowledge of the market, we were able to make a decision we were confident in a pretty short amount of time and he secured a great purchase price!     I was moving out of state, and needed to sell my Rosedale home. I knew a few people who had used her, and knew that she knew and understood the white-hot close-in market well. She developed a complete strategy for selling home - designed to maximize my returns and minimize my time - and my stress (I was buying a co-op in NYC). She achieved far more than I had expected - and did so in a fair and efficient way (the process to me was as important as the outcome). Once the cold weather hit NYC, I decided I wanted something small in Austin - which would be a good rental property as well as a potential second home for me. I told Beth what I was looking for. Through her network, she found something which matched my needs - before it even hit the market. Once again, the process was important - especially since i no longer lived there. The price was excellent, and the process even better (if only I could say that about buying in NYC!). Beth is the ultimate combination of integrity, market savvy, organization, congeniality, and keen negotiator....the total package. I have used other realtors in the past, and none even come close.
