Background:

Lead a start up venture, Vertex Inc., focused on acquiring value-add real estate opportunities throughout South Florida. Within the 1st fifteen months over 40 unimproved properties were acquired, put through due diligence and entered into design phase. Following design phase we successfully sold several high-rise multi-famliy, office, hotel, retail and commercial development opportunities yielding over 500+ units.

Joined an international industrial real estate firm, IDI, to manage project due diligence, trends analysis, evaluate and monitor competitive sets and forecast market conditions on all Florida based assets.

Relocated to Austin, TX and established Austin Market Realty.
